All payments made for AI-based services, subscriptions, or digital tools on MahaAgri.AI are final. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors verified by our team
• Service unavailability due to platform fault
• Incorrect billing amounts

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The transaction was accidentally charged more than once
• The user did not receive the promised service due to a system error on our end
• The service purchased was not as described or failed to function
• The request for refund is submitted within 7 days of payment
• The payment was made for a service that was cancelled before delivery

Refunds are not applicable for the following:

• Personalized AI solutions and custom developments
• Data analytics services and reports already delivered
• Consultation fees for expert sessions
• Completed digital deliverables and downloads
• Subscription fees for partially used billing cycles
• Services where terms were violated by the user
• Third-party services or products booked through our platform

For recurring subscription services:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for the current billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be considered within 30 days of renewal.
• Free Trials: No charges apply. Cancel before trial ends to avoid billing.

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action for recovery of costs
• Reporting to credit bureaus
