Legal Compliance: This policy is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable consumer protection laws in India.

1. Cancellation by the User

Users may cancel a paid service or subscription under the following conditions:

Within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been activated, processed, or delivered
Before service activation for customized solutions
During free trial period without any charges
For recurring subscriptions at any time before next billing cycle

Note: Cancellation requests after service activation may not be eligible and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Cancel

4. Cancellation by MahaAgri.AI

MahaAgri.AI reserves the right to cancel an order, subscription, or service under the following conditions:

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions detected by our security systems
Incomplete or invalid user information that cannot be verified
Service unavailability due to technical errors or maintenance
Violation of Terms & Conditions or other platform policies
Suspected misuse of platform services
Legal or regulatory requirements mandating cancellation

Notice: In case of cancellation by MahaAgri.AI due to fraudulent activity, the user may be permanently banned from the platform.

5. Subscription Cancellations

6. Refund for Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, the corresponding refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
Wallets: 2-3 business days
Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

7. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services are not eligible for cancellation once initiated:

AI-driven data analytics reports that have been generated
Consultation sessions that have been completed
Customized digital solutions where work has commenced
Third-party services booked through our platform
Digital downloads accessed by the user
Services where terms were violated by the user

Important: For customized services, cancellation may be possible within 24 hours of order placement before work begins.

8. Effects of Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation:

Access to the service will be terminated immediately or at the end of current billing period
No further charges will be applied to your account
User data will be retained as per our Privacy Policy
Any pending refunds will be processed within stated timeline
Account may be downgraded to free tier (if applicable)
